This catalog contains the various sanding items that were carried by Woodworker’s Warehouse. Both Sungold’s part number and Woodworker’s part number are shown. Orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours via UPS Ground. Delivery time is generally no more then 2-6 business days across the continental US.
Rush orders can be shipped via next day air or second day air. See "shipping information" for additional costs. Orders received by 2 PM Eastern Standard Time will ship the same day.
If you are in a rush, but don’t want to pay air charges, we will try to expedite your order for same day shipping. In many parts of the North and Central Eastern U.S., UPS will deliver regular ground packages within one or two days. Call 1-800-726-3004 to order and just let us know when you place your order that you need us to ship the same day. We will try to accommodate you.

We accept Visa or Mastercard, (No other credit cards are accepted). Credit cards will be charged at time of shipment. In the unlikely event the product you ordered is not in stock, you will only be billed for the items shipped.
No COD shipments.
We also accept U.S. money orders, cashier’s checks, bank drafts, business checks and personal checks. If paying by these methods, your order will ship within 24 hours of receipt of your funds. For personal or business checks it could take up to 7 days for the check to clear and for us to receive the funds.
Satisfaction Guaranteed: If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied simply call our customer service department at 1-800-726-3004 within 90 days of purchase to obtain a Return Goods Authorization number. Please mark this number on the label and send the product back via surface delivery.No reason is required for the return, but we would appreciate your letting us know so we may take corrective action. Returns must be in original packaging. We will replace the product, give you a credit, or refund your money, whichever you prefer.
Everything in this catalog is a stock item. We can custom make any size or grit belts or disc that you need. This return policy does not apply to custom made items, unless the product is defective, in which case we will replace the product.
If there is a quality problem with the product, when you contact us, we might only ask you to send back 2 or 3 belts, discs or sheets. If you want a replacement for a quality problem, upon receipt of the product to show us the problem, along with the replacement that we send to you, we will send you extra sandpaper to thank you for contacting us and to compensate you for the mailing costs of returning the product. We take quality seriously and we want to encourage you to contact us if there is a problem.
